Richard Sansbury in Calvert County

I came across this reference in the Maryland archives

Briefly put prior to the American revolution England had the authority on judicial matters, this is what’s meant by PREROGATIVE COURT.  See this reference if you desire further explanation: https://www.jstor.org/stable/844011?seq=1

 

In any case here’s the outtake: I invite others who are better at deciphering old English script than myself to translate the entire entry.  It appears to be recording of a deed of land in Calvert County Maryland between Richard Sansbury and John Williams.  I do see entries for John Williams in the Early Colonial Settlers website of the right timeframe, but I don’t see a cross reference to this particular transaction.  

 

This furthers the notion of some Sansbury presence in not only Prince George county but also Calvert county (note this would be after the creation of PG county so this would be lands different than those settlements we’ve identified in PG).  And I would presume this to be Richard Henry Jr. who would have been 35 at the time.   However, I see no specific reference to land inheritance in Richard’s will.
