I came across this reference in the Maryland archives
Sansbury, Richard
1735
Calvert
Liber 14 folio 190
That document can be found here (caution it’s over 80 megs)
http://guide.msa.maryland.gov/pages/item.aspx?ID=S531-14
Briefly put prior to the American revolution England had the authority on judicial matters, this is what’s meant by PREROGATIVE COURT. See this reference if you desire further explanation: https://www.jstor.org/stable/844011?seq=1
In any case here’s the outtake: I invite others who are better at deciphering old English script than myself to translate the entire entry. It appears to be recording of a deed of land in Calvert County Maryland between Richard Sansbury and John Williams. I do see entries for John Williams in the Early Colonial Settlers website of the right timeframe, but I don’t see a cross reference to this particular transaction.
This furthers the notion of some Sansbury presence in not only Prince George county but also Calvert county (note this would be after the creation of PG county so this would be lands different than those settlements we’ve identified in PG). And I would presume this to be Richard Henry Jr. who would have been 35 at the time. However, I see no specific reference to land inheritance in Richard’s will.

Transcript:
The Addll. [Additional?] account of Richard Sansbury Admr. [administrator] of John Williams Late of Calvert County Decd. [deceased]
This said accountant Chargeth himself with the
Ballance of this Decds Estate as [.....]
Exhibited into the Prerogative Office 4th Feby. 1734 --- 12 [pounds] 4 [shillings] 7 [pence]
Also with one 3 year old Colt appraised to 1 [pound] [10] shillings
[Total] 4 [pounds] 14 [shillings] 7 [pence]
Further analysis determined this wasn't a "Sale" referencing a "Deed" but rather "Late of Calvert County" of the deceased (Dec'd) person John Williams. This entry in the "Early Settlers..." website confirms this: https://www.colonial-settlers-md-va.us/getperson.php?personID=I095692&tree=Tree1
Also interesting is that the website indicates John was also related William Sansbury.
